We ship internationally with DHL Courier Service.
After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please consider that it takes up to 7 working days for us to create the item from the day it was ordered if it is not available in our stock.

The shipping usually takes up to 3 days for Europe, and up to 12 days for the rest of the world, depending on the country.

Shipping outside EU

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne by you.
The shipping costs are calculated on checkout based on a flat rate depending on the region of the world from which the order is coming from.

All the shipments made by RAQUETTE are insured against accidental damage and theft. Upon receipt of the package by the Customer, by written agreement, confirmed by the Client's signature, the insurance ceases to exist, and the delivered product becomes Client’s property.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Pick Up

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Your returned item must arrive at our warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at our location within 14 days.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your parcel.

No refund will be taken into consideration if the return instructions are not strictly respected. In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), RAQUETTE has the exclusive and unilaterally right to decide a partial refund accordingly. In case of a valid return, your account will be credited within a couple of days from the receiving of the returned products, or we can exchange the product after your confirmation.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Client Service team.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

All Products that are considered (1) Final Sale, (2) subject to a markdown (which does not include reductions in price solely because of a Promotion), or (3) otherwise indicated as "final sale" / ''special price'' / ''further reduced'' and (4) made-to-order items are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Except in certain circumstances in jurisdictions where we may be required to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds by law, such as for customers in the UK and the European Union - these refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Receiving a refund

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, if preferred, with  RAQUETTE store credit on the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way. In case you have returned our items too often, we reserve the right to reimburse you with RAQUETTE store credit. We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
